Nicks sold the dwelling for $3 million in 2007.

Studio City property

It’s unclear when the “Leather and Lace” singer bought her 7,350-square-foot, six-bedroom English-style house in Studio City, but we do know that she sold it to George Clooney in 1995 for $2.2 million.
